Well everything went very smoothly. I came into the Hospital at 7:15am and did paper work for about an hour and then they started to induce me at 8:26am. At 12:30pm the Doc broke my water and my contractions got harder and more consistent. And then Carter was born around 4:15pm. It was such an awesome delivery....the Doc and nurses said that it could not have gone any better!!!! I had to push twice and he was out. I barely tore and have like 2 stitches. Its fun to have another baby.....but weird to think that I have 2 kids now. Carter is really chill and only cried for about a minute when he came out. He started nursing pretty well right away....so I hope that is going to be a good sign. He was 7lbs. 2oz. and 20 inches long. He has hair but not as much as Benjamin had. Benjamin came to visit and his eyes were as big as dollars with all the cool stuff to see in the Hospital. He seems to like Carter.....so I hope that he will like him once he is home. I asked if I can go home early but I have to stay 48 hours!!! What am I going to do with myself for that long? Please call me!! But we will take more pictures and keep everyone posted on how we are doing.....but let me just say if every baby I deliver was like this one I would have 10 kids!!!

I am so happy all went well! I hope my delivery this time isn't as hard as Ezra's. Everytime I hear good stories about births the second go around it gives me hope!

Congratulations!! He's beautiful!! I can't believe they make you stay in the hospital for that long... I was barely there for 24 hours before I got to go home after having Sway. Anyway - glad to hear things went so well! Can't wait to see more pictures of that little guy!

wow! I'm glad that everything went well for you! He is so cute and you look great! That's weird that they are making you stay for two nights. They probably let me leave early because they needed my room.
